Description, Colour & Sizes
All colours, sizes and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Pictures of beads etc are as close to the actual product as possible. Colours may vary from batch to batch and may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight, water or perfume. Semi-precious chips are actual semi-precious stones. Antique is a description of a product that looks antique in colour.
Prices
Our prices do not include carriage. For information on our postage & packaging please see our charges below.
Ordering
We do not have a minimum order limit. Orders may be placed via our website, by email, telephone or post. Unfortunatly we don't have a fax machine. When placing an order please make sure that you give us a full description regarding your choice of item eg. size, colour, quantity etc along with your delivery and payment details.
Postage & Packaging
Postage charges for UK orders sent by Royal Mail First Class Post are based on the value of the order as follows:
upto £25.00 = £1.95
£25.00 plus = free of charge
European & international orders are sent Airmail and charged at a flat rate of £4.95
Payment
Payment accepted in the UK - Paypal, Personal Cheque & Postal Order. Please do not send cash through the post.
Europe & worldwide - Paypal only
Paypal: payments can be made using PayPal - select this option at checkout.
Personal Cheque: If you wish to pay by cheque, place your order online, select personal cheque under payment method, submit your order to us then send off payment.
Postal Order: We also accept payment by postal order - follow same method as for cheque.
Credit Card Security
Payments take place using a secure server. No information is held on clear text on our website and we do not have access to any credit card details.
Data Protection
We do not sell, or share any information with any third parties. We may contact you by telephone, mail or email, in the event of an out of stock item, if you do not wish us to do so, please let us know
